Privacy Policy
AI Content Studio is an owner-operated production tool for the Atlas of Then YouTube channel. It coordinates editorial research, media assets, rendering, and authorized YouTube publishing.
Data we process
The service processes production briefs, scripts, research references, generated or licensed media, operational logs, cost records, and YouTube video metadata. Google OAuth provides authorization tokens and the identity of the authorized YouTube channel. Tokens and private media are stored in access-controlled Google Cloud services and are never exposed in the public Studio.
How YouTube data is used
YouTube API data is used only to confirm the authorized channel, upload an owner-approved video as private, check processing, apply metadata and a thumbnail, manage an English caption track when permission is granted, and change privacy after an explicit publishing approval. The service does not sell YouTube data or use it for advertising. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
Source assets, master videos, audio, subtitle packages, thumbnail originals, and upload sessions are private by default. Operational records are retained for auditability and duplicate-upload prevention. The owner may delete production records and revoke Google access at any time. OAuth access can also be revoked from the Google Account permissions page.
Sharing and security
Data is shared only with infrastructure and media providers required for an approved production. Least-privilege service accounts, Secret Manager, private Cloud Storage, bounded signed links, and immutable approvals are used to reduce access. No security control is guaranteed to eliminate every risk.
Your choices
The channel owner may request access, correction, export, or deletion of stored production data, subject to records that must be retained for security, billing, or audit purposes.
