Terms of Service

AI Content Studio is a private, owner-operated production system for Atlas of Then. Access is limited to authorized administrators. By using it, an administrator agrees to operate it lawfully and to review any required editorial, licensing, disclosure, and publishing gates.

Authorized use

Users must have rights to every submitted asset and must not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, platform, or other rights. Music and sound effects with unknown licensing are blocked. Provider and infrastructure charges require the applicable budget authority.

YouTube operations

The system uses YouTube API Services. Use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Uploads are private first. Public, unlisted, or scheduled changes require the configured policy, exact channel verification, successful processing and read-back, and any required human approval. Google may restrict uploads from an unverified API project to private.

Editorial and synthetic media

Historically informed reconstructions may use AI-assisted media. Required synthetic or altered-content disclosures must not be hidden. Automated checks supplement rather than replace editorial judgment, factual review, and platform compliance.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as an internal tool without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Upload, processing, quota, provider, and audit restrictions may prevent publication. The owner remains responsible for the final content and publication decision.
